not really a fair fight given Sylar's many powers BUT if that is not John Locke but actually F(ake)locke aka the Man in Black aka the Smoke Monster, Sylar is screwed!
(both LOST and Heroes are available on Netflix's streaming service if you have zero clue of what I'm talking about)
